I agree with your last paragraph, and will add..'Why aren't these predators being targeted as the terrorist's that they are'?
These terrorist's are targeting innocent victims of the American public.
If left unchecked watch how fast the 'game' escalates from punching someone...to using a weapon..just 'To see what a bullet will do to a person's head'.
