I also think that state schools may not interview -- I'm pretty sure that I did not have to interview for my application to Rutgers. They just considered my grades, test scores, and so forth.

Yup. The big schools, don't - or can't. Doesn't mean they aren't good or competitive of course. Some of the small, ritzy one's like Pine Matress (err.. Manor) - c'mon. :rolleyes:
