lotta hate here. somehow misses the fact that the .Gov sent out a Special Reaction Force, amoured vehicles, snipers and 5 helicopters to confiscate 300 cattle.... that's the over the top part....
Maybe they thought the cows were armed:).

Some of you are too quick to believe what your government is telling you--I bet you even believe Benghazi was due to an internet video.
When they finally come for you, won't be anyone left to come to you aid.

I was waiting for Benghazi to get in the mix:) Occasionally it's a good thing someone stands up to the government, if I agree with it or not doesn't matter. Keeps people alert.

I thought I read that the yahoos planned on being there to prevent the round up. Either way, the yahoos were there with pretty decent fire power. Stands to reason the government need to be well armed as well.

In March, Bundy sent letters to every state, county and federal official he could think of, declaring a "range war". The letters quickly made it onto the play-soldier network. How else were the feds supposed to show up? Heavy handed? Really?

Standing up to the government is great. Standing up to a bully is one thing. Picking a fight with the biggest guy in the room despite repeated attempts on the other side to settle it is quite another story.

In Sharpton's case they prolly want him working so he can pay his taxes....kindof like Willie Nelson about ten years ago.

I want tax cheats working so they can pay their fair share for sure.

Before you play the race card, you should consider that the two deadbeats owe money to different agencies....
And... last time I checked, the pencil-necks at the IRS were a little busy with other issues.;)
They don't even get guns do they?

I'm not sure of the timeline, but it sure seems as if the feds escalated in response to Bundy's armed resistance, and then again when the bubba militias started showing up.

I can't really blame them either, you can't tell what those whacko militia types are going to do. What kind of person drops everything and loads up a car full of guns to go face off against a roundup of illegal cattle....??

Just guessin' here, but I'd say somebody who's a) independently wealthy and doesn't need to show up for work or b) somebody already on the dole who doesn't either.

Maybe we are beginning to see just who his supporters are....

Yeah, I see the similarities.

Well, I got you really stretching to answer that one.

Looks like the lawmakers out there are getting more involved.
