My favorite coffee treat is known as an Americano. It is 2 or 3 shots of espresso and enough hot water or liquefied steam to fill a 16 ounce cup. It has a mild flavor compared to typical coffee and gives a really great buzz.
Most of the time I have 1.5 cups a day. I like the taste of coffee so have never been a fan of using other ingredients

2 mugs a day, we have coffee here that is direct from a local importer. This company definitely does coffee right!
Sent from an abacus

A large ice coffee with milk, 2 sugars in the morning. Dunkin Donuts, not because it's good, just that it's convenient.
A couple mugs of Green Mountain Lake & Lodge or French Roast in the afternoon from the office Keurig. Sometimes black, sometimes with sugar. Mainly because it's convenient, although it is decent coffee. On the weekends, some Bailey's might find it's way into the first mug of the day.

It's a treat to have a Vietnamese style iced coffee, with the sweetened condensed milk . . . after a hot bowl of pho.

Columbian Supremo at Quik Trip.
Some Starbucks is good, too, but it is hard to beat the coffee at Quik Trip. Coffee at Love's is OK, but could be stronger. I don't drink coffee at Flying J. It is just too weak for my tastes. The Choctaw Travel Plaza in Durant once had free coffee if you filled up your tank. That's the best kind of all! Did I ever tell you I travel a lot by car? |

I take my coffee with cream only, but that's not the weird part.

Cafe Cubano is the best around. I would always stop off at a little Cuban restaurant by my house in Miami and get a colada on my way to school.

There's a plaque on the wall at the airport in Shannon, Ireland claiming that Irish coffee was invented there. I've been there twice for refueling stops, but had Guinness both times. If I get there again, I'll try to remember to have the original Irish coffee.
At home, I have a 1997 "12 cup" Proctor Silex drip brewer that actually fills my mug six times. I use cheap ground coffee in it and drink it with a little 2% milk. Since I usually drink 2-3 cups a day, each brew lasts at least two days. I think it tastes better nuked back to lukewarm status on the second or third day.
