It's in one of my rentals. Never had an issue with it till now. Opened up and was a bit confused. Fiddled with it and it seems pretty cool and simple. The white tray fills with water (about 2 gal it looks like) and when it fills, the black float cuts the water off. When you flush, you press the lever on the side and it tips the tray over and dumps the water. No flap so the water goes straight down.

I had to go over because the valve was leaking a bit (gray thing) and the float was not working (it was turned horizontal) fixed that issue but I think it still leaks. Not 100% sure since Im not sure how the water should be coming out to begin with.

Anyone ever see one like this and know where to get parts. Not even sure what its called.
