Shows that the crash herniated a disk in my neck... The brain and spine institute doctors think that with physical therapy it should go back to normal, in a few months... Yeah, wonderful.

Holy crap, Nate. Sorry I missed this (been swamped and have only had the chance to poke my head in from time to time). That freaking blows! Does "no-fault" completely take an injury lawyer out of the equation?

I agree. Those are very serious injuries with possible long term consequences. An injury lawyer should be involved.
