Some Toyota's use an engine cradle like the 114/115's did. This would be a bushing from the four mounting points of the cradle if it is a dynamic damper.

But for it to fall out you would need to be missing one of the four bolts that attaches the cradle to the unibody. So to find out if this is that part just crawl under there and find the mounting bolts in the corners of the cradle. If one is missing you have found your problem.

Hopefully, if one is, it vibrated loose and is gone. If it cracked and the rest of the bolt is still up in the hole you have some interesting work ahead of you.
