All i read here at these posts it all sound like thigs are normal to me . Watch tv from 9 pm drift in and out of sleep till 12 midnight .. Yep then i go to bed at 12 midnight then up at 4am to visit the john then back in bed, till i wake at 8am . If you dont ache your dead .

slept till 3;30 am this morning feel good.Did alot of stuff,mopped,took out trash,cleaned bathroom.Watch good russian movie on darewall Attraction 2017, english subtitles. Great sci fi flick.
Russians are like us,they feel mankind will not last much longer.

Any time its sleep related it could be diet or exercise ,docs usually prescribe this in their side notes before medicine ,you here it alot less ,seems they would rather just get you on something instead of what the body tends to do naturally with excercise,long walks and cook your own food.

can't exercise until temp goes down,I hate being outside where the public is.I have a stationary bike.But here they sell a drink called dr,enuf herbal,been drinking one at supper,will switch to coke.

I was drinking a energy drink,at lunch and supper.I quit the supper drink,and drank coke instead.

I'd give.... well, not sure exactly what, but something important for sure - to get seven hours of sleep in a single stretch.

I'm NO WHERE close to your age (57 is WAY younger than you. It has to be, or else I'll start feeling old). My particular variant of arthritis (ankylosing spondylitis) actually gets less intrusive as one ages (because, basically - all the things that hurt because bits that weren't supposed to rub against each other are no longer rubbing because all the spinal vertebrae are fused). But the other fun and games that go along with autoimmune disorders just constantly **** with my ability to sleep more than 4, maybe 5 hours at a crack.

Has been a constant since I was in my mid-20's.
