It's a constant learning experience. I bought some mini blinds made to size. 4 came made to the wrong size. The seller said he would have the supplier make new ones. They never showed up and the seller stopped responding to my messages. The seller has been removed from Ebay but it took so long for all this to play out I went past my money back window. Now I have a claim with paypal. It's about $200-not a huge sum but it's irritating. Moral-if anything goes wrong with an Ebay transaction request a refund Immediately. Don't wait for the seller to fix it.
