W126 European lights
When I am in Europe, I will be looking for the European lights for my w126. I was searching through the archives but didn't find an answer to a question I have. Will the new lights just fit into the car? Do I just need the lights or other parts/things? What if I don't need the wipers anymore... how do I go on about removing them? I just want to make sure I have everything needed to go and do the change before starting and finding out I am missing a few things

NO not the early 80's lights.............yuck! The 86-91 w126 lights are nice! They have the wipers.

Look at the left corner of the picture in my signature there is a real euro light!
Those from 86 on look to plastic for me but thats just me.

there is a company capitol west, that sells a [w126 only] kit to convert u.s.wipers to euro ones. it's only about 20.00 www.capitolwest.com they also sell BOSCH euros check them out peter
