I do IT for a local shop that specializes in Mercedes-Benz. As we all know, the newer models have complex computer systems. The diagnostic tools Mercedes uses in their dealerships, do they have a subscription service a local mechanic can sign up for to gain access to the same hardware and software? If so, what's it called and where can I reach out to a sales representative? I cannot find a straight answer online.
