I go years between bad colds or the flu. But, then they're really bad. The first three times I was really sick was boot camp (mixed in with people from all over the US plus a few from the Philippines (when they could still join the US Navy)), Hawaii, and the Panama Canal Zone. But, I got even more sick right after the 2017 solar eclipse, not because of the moon blocking the sun, but I had a visitor at my house from South Africa. That was the worst flu I ever had. I almost went to the ER. I got better, but then got sick again two weeks later. I gave it to Frau Putzer, and she got sick and then better three times.

Right after Frau Putzer got back from New Orleans in the spring, I felt something coming on. But, in a few hours it was gone. That's happened three more times since then. I'm thinking about getting the anti-body test.

I say do it. Good to know. What added info could be not good?
