I can't decide which to go with!

I finally got a set of euro headlights with 500e lenses and I installed on my car. I currently have Osram 55/60 H4 and PIAA Super White 85 watt H3. The PIAA's are nice, but the 85 watt draw scares me...I will be changing to PIAA Super Plasma H3s, which consume 55 with a similar output to a 85 watt bulb at 5000k.

I am able to get the PIAA Spark H4's which are hitting stores right now in Japan. They draw 55/60, but output is like 100/110 at an amazing 7500K, exceeding that of second generation HID. The price is almost $100 with shipping to Northern California.

Doing a little bit of research, I found out that the Philips are nice. Also, quite a few members have them. Do they resemble HIDs at all? (Or is that what the Blue Visions are for?) The bulbs are not expensive, no more than $35 a pair shipped from PowerBulbs.com

Any comments and or suggestions?
