Replacing chrome bumper trim

I recieved my piece today... I tried to take the bumper off but I don't have the right tools. Anyone know the right tools I need to tackle this job? I believe I need to take 4 screws off on each of the bumper shocks.. plus maybe a screw or 2 on the sides of the bumper assembly. Anyone know the size of what the tool should be? I called my mechanic and he wants something like 2 hours labor to do the job. I believe I can do the job right in maybe 45mins to an hour with the right tools, but oh well. I hate to spend $200 just on replacing a rusted chrome strip. With $200 I can do other improvements on the car that might be necessary, if you know what I mean.
