Why would anyone WASTE their hard earned money on a BMW ? BMWs are for ill informed YUPPIES . Just for fun though let s do compare . The ugly underpowered Z3 or Z4 vs the beautiful SL500 or SL600 ? No brainer ! How about sedans ? Say the boring 750il vs the S500 , S600 or even the CL430 ? Not even close . Road and Track said that as a whole , the entire BMW product line in 02 felt heavy and sluggish due to the weight vs horsepower / torque ratio and that maybe they were concentrating on fuel milage too much for cars in this price range .
