Same here

I need to do that myself on my C280. I have a Haynes service manual with pretty good instructions. If you want me to scan them in and send them to you just e-mail me.

http://www.mercedesdot.com/newsletter/issue8.htm There ya go. Its pretty straight-forward. That was the first thing I ever did to a car. Pretty straightforward, just a lot of baffling to go through. Also, check the fuse for the blower first. It is located in a little box on the front wheel mount. It is all by itself in this black box, not near the fusebox on my 300E. It is a flat fuse, mine was blown in addition to my blower being messed, took me a week to figure out what was wrong....

The hard part about it, on a W124, is that you have to get at it thru the firewall after you disassemble the wiper and the rest of the junk there to get at it....that itself takes 2-3 hours. Its fairly common for that part to go after about 100,000 miles...as mine did. If you can do it yourself...you'll save paying the dealer at least $600 plus for them to tackle it. Good luck.
