PS, also, forget about getting "wholesale" rock-bottom prices for these wheels. There probably aren't any more sets in North America as it is. If you find a set, you'll have no choice but to buy them right away or stand the chance of loosing them forever.

No, no one is getting these wheels for less than $2700/set without tires so just give it up. The wholesale cost for those wheels is only around $2500 or so.

Satish- is the 500E you posted with the wheels running the 10-inch wide wheels in the rear?

I can't tell. This is where I think it might rub.

They don't rub on either car. I've launched mine pedal through the floor with no rub. Hard turns no problem either. Khari says his don't rub neither on the E500.

It's the emissions sticker correct? For the C36? There are two though. Refresh my mind so I can double check accurately. The vacuum diagram or the long, rectangular one.

You see, since we ARE wholesale distributors of wheels, etc., I KNOW that wholesale and manufacturing cost for these wheels. Therefore, I'll just stay-tuned....but if/when you get these wheels, if you state you got them for less than $2500 set, staggered, then I'll know that whomever you got them from took a loss in selling them to you.

Satish - staying tuned....

"....deal falls through...."

Hmm....how long does it take to make a deal? Just buy them. Obviously they're cheaper than list or wholesale so what's the wait? (unless they haven't jacked them from the car yet) JK

...?

Not that it's anyone else's business... but...

Genreally speaking, I have to wait to close a deal until both I and the selling party are in town and can arrange a meeting.

"Jacked?"

I may live in the 'hood, but I'm not a punk... and neither are my friends.

He he....just kidding.

But seriously, once your contact is in town, I would grab those wheels while you can. They'll look great on your car!

That is a real deal if you get the set for that coinage, Scott....just the 10" rears are well over $1000 each retail...btw, only 3-10" rims left but 18-8.5" from my source.

I've seen a set of the Bekker's Replicas...they look fine too and more reasonably priced. Did you consider those at all?...if worse comes to worst.

Scott run on Replicas?? I doubt he'd even consider it, as he is a modaholic with perfection as his end.

Scott, as for your rubbing issues, keep in mind that every MB is lowered differently with different springs and the adjustable pads. This could mean one person rubs and the other doesn't. Those giving information about trying the 2 piece SL wheels have to have used the same springs and pad numbers exactly as you have and even then there could be differences in ride height...just my $0.02

Ugh and although it is a fact of life I would like to think that most of us, since we drive one of the classiest brands of car, would have the class and morals to not buy stolen items. Accusations without knowledge of the full background situation are not polite

In defense of Satish:

Did you see the initials "JK" after the accusatory post? Do you know what that aconymn stands for? "JUST KIDDING" Ahh. IMHO you need to MYOB and take heed to your advice about understanding the context of a given situation. JK.

Scott, I'm pretty sure they will fit regardless of your shim pads because the offset is right. When the fit is real close sometimes the difference between rub and no rub can be tire choice. I'm using S03s FWIW. I'm about to adjust the rear self leveling to bring the height down a bit and can snap a few shots if you'd like.

If your source(s) fall through, let me know. I can get both rears for $1750 and the fronts (if I can find them) for about $50 per wheel cheaper. This is a good deal.

HOLLA!

Khari
