Best Wheels

I like the Lorinser LM6, 18". I did not want to drop $6500 on the real deal, but the knock offs look just as good.

Lorinser LM6 "style"

Rims on now are Lorinser LM6 reproductions ($799) I just could not justify $6500 for the real deal. The Brabus MB V 2 pc are sitting in the garage feeling sorry for themselves.

I just put 18x8.5 on the front and 18x9.5 on the back of my 500E (see attached pics). I just replaced the original wheels and tires (the tires were the original 10/1992 manufacture date tires!) Ride...

Inspection issues

I went to get the car inspected and had problems with the emissions test. They could ot get a high speed test because of the traction control. The car will not allow the wheels to spin on the dyno....

For all that want to see, the pictures don't do it justice, a lot of the specks are caused be a dirty lens. The car is flawlesss other than
1. Scratched bumper
2. Small scratch in driver seat...

Instrument Panel

You can see the Coolant light on. I have checked the coolant and it is OK. Another board member suggested it may be a loose connection.

There is one tiny chip here although you cannot see it. The mark on the bumper is not really (I just looked) there it must be a reflection or crap on my lens.

I had to choose between the wife and the car, and although it was close, the wife won.

I picked up the the car here in Houston earlier this year, it had 10,500 mi at the time, it now has 13,000...
