87 300TD. 603 engine consistently runs ~80C. 85-90C on long climbs over Mt. Hood.

Had coolant flush and fill last summer (about 8,000 miles ago). Had the low coolant light last week, added water...

the same thing happened to the passenger side of the TD. As I recall if you look at if closely (and look at your passenger door) there is a self tapping screw that goes from the inside of the door...

I agree with Aaron. The greaseworks kit (http://www.greaseworks.org/) is nice, but $110 is a bit steep. Mcmastser is like $15 a foot.
