Set to TDC to make sure timing marks are correct, but when installing IP set to 23.5-25 BTDC, depending on how old the chain is.

I have not been posting on this for a while, but here is my two cents.
Our shop does WVO conversions and if you don't have a fuel pump to pump the VO, you will end up having to replace the vacuum...
