Passanger side bounce?

My passanger side front tire seems to bounce or shake real bad when I go anything over 55mph I am also getting a veary uneven tire wear. The front shocks are new. Any ideas where to look first.

I tried to start my 85 300SD and there was no power. I pulled the battery and put it on the charger and the charger indicated that it was at full charge. I put the battery back in and tried to start...

I also have a 02 F-350 with a 7.3 diesel that is straight piped its not loud untill you get on it. The muffler will still be in place on the SD.
