well it's not the distrib did the tests and the distrib looks good it's just not messing with the driver gear and when in turn over the engince i can see the fan while i'm cranking and it not going...

i have a 88 190e 2.3 with the 8 valve cylinder head and would like to go to the 16 valve cylinder head. How hard is this ? is there extra parts that are needed or in need of upgrade aswell ? thanks
