You need to take the head off and replace at least the intake valves that are bent. Your timing chain jumped a tooth and had it been correctly diagnosed at the beginning it would have saved you a lot...

There is no central diff in W124 4matic, only clutches. What you are thinking is at best not possible, worst idiotic. Just fix the system they are very easy to work on.

This isn't rocket science, have the codes read and then replace what's broken.
It's easier to shoot yourself in the head than to try and fix this kind of problem without the proper tools.

Did the car come with the two fuse OVP? To the best of my knowledge your car should have an OVP with a white top and one fuse. Inserting the wrong OVP can cause all sorts of mess.
