Big whitish Plastic slotted screw, I've read people calling it the warm or hot idle screw. Right next to the idle air valve. Please help! Thanks!

Big white Slotted plastic screw to adjust idle will not move in any direction. Im afraid if given too much force, I'll break it. Any advice? Thanks!
