The alternator died and eventually the battery...

The alternator died and eventually the battery got so low that the car stalled. I was 350 miles from home. The Milwaukee dealership was teriffic.

I had good luck running two sets of Michelin MXV4's on my 1987 300e at 40 p.s.i. Firm ride, good handling, good wear. This above the recommended pressure, but I liked it.

I agree with Larry. I just bought a 2001 S430 because it is a Benz. I have 183,000 miles on my 300e and it is still a teriffic car. With that kind of service, I did not even look at the BMW's.
