Congrats- do we have pics of the proper badge placement? I have one for the 560 SL and keep it in the box unless there is a special occassion. I had one for the 420 SEL and put it on the upper right part of the grill.

My father's '95 s320 has 322,000 miles (518k km). I wonder if they'll ship two badges... *shrug* time to find out!

I have the badge for a few months, but the quality is not the same as the old ones. The old ones had 250,000 km stated on the emblem itself. The new one is a generic emblem for all badges, with a separate tab below the round emblem denoting the miles... I may look on ebay for the old style badges...

I have the 250000 KM badge for Max, but it's still sitting here on the corner of my desk. If I ever get around to it, I'll take the SEC down to ASC in Arlington and get them to sign the form for its 250000 KM badge.

I think it's pretty cool that Mercedes does that.

Ironic... Guess what? My high mileage award is falling apart! One of the inserts on the star is peeling off and the enamel inside one of the zeros for 250,000 has fallen off! Almost would be tempting to send it to them and ask them if this is the sort of quality I can expect from their 2009-2010 cars? Come to think of it, I may well do that.
