renntech 5 speed conversion

has anyone had experience with this conversion? i have a 94 E420 and i like the car a lot but i wouldn't mind shifting on my own. (this car has 4sp auto - i hear that 5sp auto on current model is quite good) a buddy of mind told me that renntech does 5sp manual conversion. does anyone know more about this?
