Climate Control Schematic....

I am in a simillar situation. My climate controll leaks vaccum on my (123.130) 1978, 300D. I want to fix the leak but I do not have a schematic of the vaccum system for the climate controll.

Can anyone provide me with this schematic or at least some info on what a common failure in this case is?
