Wires under the pass. side carpet. 190E-16V

There are two wires under the pass. side carpet, I have no idea what they are. They are located further upper middle of the carpet. I understand the O2 sensor is at the lower bottom of the carpet.

As you can see, one of them got cut. and the other one just kinda hanging(This one actually from the sidewall).

If anyone knows what they are, please let me know.

Can't be certain, but the one with the plastic plug connector might be for the cruise control amplifier, but usually that has a "hood" over the plug and cable that acts as a strain relief.
