Curious-Topsider for transmission fluid change?

Has anyone ever used Topsider to change transmission fluid ?

What good would it do? You still have to change the filter and that comes out after the pan is off.

You can use the topsider to completely drain the pan before dropping it. It's a bit easier and neater than using the drain plug on the trans pan. But it doesn't reduce the workload any. As noted, the trans pan still has to be dropped to change the filter. Also, the torque converter needs to be drained - it holds more fluid than the trans pan.
