Which M104 Headgasket Set?
As we all know the M104 engine has head gasket problems, mine needs replaced and there are 3 different brands available from FastLane. Is any one better then the others? This is the second time my head gasket will be replaced, I thought MB fixed the problem with an updated part? The first time it was replaced about 60K miles ago, it was replaced with the Mercedes Benz part.
Can anyone confirm the part was updated/changed, was there a part number change? Is there a better brand or package from the three suppliers? (Goetze,Reinz,Elring) Thanks, Brad
