420SEL rough idle

I replaced all the plugs, the cap and rotor and the wires. It idles ok, but kinda stumbles a bit here and there like it might be missing a cylinder or two. Could this be the IAC motor/valve? I cleaned out the one on my 2000 Durango and it made a world of difference (full of carbon). Any ideas??
