Cruise help

Hi,

I have a 1980 240d. The cruise does not engage. Is it a vacuum type? It looks like it. I've gone as far as checking the vacuum supply and the fuses. Does anybody out there have a wiring schematic, or vacuum schematic? I would like to check the actuator.
