I have been having problem with my 1997 E-420 fuel level gauge. The problem is intermittence. Most of the time fuel level gauge works fine, but for last couple of weeks fuel level guage all the time stay at full level. Now it is again working fine. Does any one seen this problem before? I hate to spend $$ to go to dealer for check up. As I said most of the time it working fine. Only once in a while it show full level for 4-5 days.

Also one time I got low level light flashing. Most of the time when fuel level is low, I get continues amber light. But for some reason once I got low lever amber light flashing.
