Unless you have a strange ( and all european models are strange to me) TQ, the inner turbine will turn, but not the housing where the plug is located. If turning the wheels spun the housing, it would also be turning the flywheel, and thus the crankshaft... Which would mean the axles would be turning anytime the engine was running...
