Greetings.

The oil light in my 86 300E has started to come on during hard, accelerating left hand turns. The light shuts off as soon as we're straight and level. I check the oil level religiously (once on Sundays and at every fuel stop) and it is fine (checked both hot and cold). I've tried to get the light to come on in right-hand turns, under straight-line acceleration and in hard stopping. Nothing. Just hard left-hand turns.

I found another thread started by someone with a 190E 2.6, but I've been unable to find anything about 300Es posted.

Should I worry?
