E320 Cabriolet rear seatback removal.

I'm replacing the rear speakers in my E320 Cabriolet but can't figure out how to remove the rear seatback. I've read several posts regarding this, but the suggestions are incomplete. I can't seem to find the right bolts/screws to remove.

Has anyone ever done this successfully? Any help would be appreciated.
