Exclamation 01 cl600 with problems!!!

just bought a cl600 project car....the first question i have is there any way to reset the computer without taking the car to the dealer...because the car has been sitting for a while...seems to missfire and the dash looks like a Christmas Tree with all the lights, also here is the list of problems i noticed if anyone has any fixes for me,

moon roof, overhead console with lights not working

both pass and driver power seats dont work nor do massaging seat option

engine has a misfire, i beleive this is causing the mild amount of smoke from the driver side exhaust pipe on take off

transmission seems to be in limp mode, wont go past second gear when in winter mode and first gear when in sport

power locks, automatic closing doors, power closing trunk, and power release headrests are all inoperable....i think these are all related....

if anybody has any ideas or fixes please let me know before I take the car to MB service and commit suicide!!!!!!!
