alarm will not dis arm how can i bypass

my 1996 E300 alarm will not dis arm so i cant drive put new batterys in remote resyck system locked and ulocked door and trunk can any one tell me how to by pass this car has stranded me aleast a dozzen times help even shop has check it always say nothing wrong
