w210 1997 E320 Overheating temperature rising

hello,

i have a 1997 e320 with 72k miles. i got my coolant changed 1 month ago. My car is overheating aand the temp rises to 120. My aux fan works and is on hi speed but the temp keeps rising. Even when the car is driving the temp just rises the car doesnt cool down stays above the 115 mark. What can be the problem? the radiator? orr the thermostat? should i flush the coolant again?
please help thanks
