Coolant flush 190E 2.6 1990
I want to flush out my coolant and my manual indicates that there are 2 drain plugs; one underneath the radiator and the other on the right side of the engine block. No problem finding the radiator plug. Where is the other plug?

Under the rear ex. manifold near the bottom of the block - large hex (19mm IIRC) with a nipple on the end to attach a drain hose.
Take off the belly pan and access it from underneath. If you want to flush the system, remove the heater inlet hose from the left rear of the cyl. head, and flush both ways - heater core circuit and engine. Duke |
