Is Seafoam treatment recomended for 5.6 V gas engine??

Is the seafoam in the crankcase recomended on a 5.6 V8 w/ 150k miiles? Or should I just put it through the PCV vacuum and clean through there?>

I would just put it in the fuel tank.

I put in a can about 500 miles from my normal oil change! Let it work and then drain. From the look of my top end seems nice and shiney! I also use it in my fuel system.

I'm a Big fan of water fed into the intake..
I've run Risolene in motors for a couple hundred miles and changed the oil...makes my gasers oil look more like it came from a diesel.
If a motor is particularly gunked up I'll run Delo/Rotella in it and that seems to clean things up over time.
