You can bridge the low pressure switch on the rcvr/drier (blue/red wires), if that is the switch you bridged and the comp engaged than you have low refrigerant or a faulty switch. (AC comp function)

Use the information in my previous post, it will guide you through the sockets located under the double size relay which is in the rear section of your fuse panel assembly. When you jump either one of the 87 circuits to a battery source than the fans should operate at their respective speed. When you jump the other 87 circuit to the battery then the fans should operate on the opposite speed. PLEASE , use a FUSED lead when bridging your fans to a direct power source.
