The electric windows on my 1983 380SL just quit. Fortunately they were in the up position when they decided to no longer work. First thing I checked was the fuse box in the passenger kick panel. (No cover, no fuse listing) No fuses are blown, pulled them and checked them all. There is no sound when pressing the switches on the console. And no indication of battery drain when these switches are pushed.
What could cause both windows to fail at the same time. Has anybody any experience with something like this. Might there be a relay or other fuses somewhere.

I have a Chiltons with wiring diagrams for this car EXCEPT for the window circuits

Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Lee
