W124 Cut Wires near Lock Pump

Hey me again with some more unidentified wires. There is a heavy black cord and a small green wire that appear to have been cut at some point by the PO or a stereo shop. They're on the passenger side of my 93 300e and run on top of the Vacuum Lock Pump. There are a few heavy black cords and this is the only one cut. It appears to be a stereo related wire but I'm not sure. I don't expect an exact purpose for the wires but I'd like to know any possibilities since I'm pretty sure the battery wiring goes down this side and possibly the antenna etc. Any guidance would be appreciated. FWIW I didn't notice the any complimentary wire ends that would match up. Of course all of this was discovered during my keyless system install...which is going well thanks to you guys. Thanks

Sorry if the pic is bad its another infamous phone pic.
