Check Engine light on-94 E-320 Cabro.
The check engine light came on about 1,000 miles or so ago on my 94 E-320. The car still runs perfectly, and fuel economy has not changed. I have about 156,000 miles on the car, and it uses no oil between changes(3,000 miles).
The car is registered in Atlanta, GA, and an emission check will be due soon, which it will likely not pass due to the check engine lite being on. If anyone has any ideas or solutions, I would appreciate it. I have another gas cap that I will try this morning. I'm thinking possibly Oxygen sensor also. Are either of these the most likely suspects,or is there something more common to E-320's? I don't like to throw money away, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Dickv |

your car has an owner code retrieve set-up under the hood.
Do a search for codes sw/led . That will get you the codes that tripped the CE and also allow you to clear it. |
