560 SEC problems

car is at dealer for 3rd time. Power steering whines a bit, more like a groan. Louder when cold. Happens nomatter where wheel is at and if turned either way. PS pump was just rebuilt by dealer and I keep bringing it back. They say it is normal. I say BS. I have an oil leak in front too and they can't find it. How the hell can this be?
