560sl hesitation and wiper issues

I have the same problem on mine...and it seems to keep the cruise control from working properly too.

In a query here last fall, or possibly in a conversation with a Mercedes mechanic, I was told it was likely the throttle control needing adjustment.

I'll watch this space eagerly...it would be too wonderful to have the problem be fixed by "an adjustment" rather than a $400.00 part and an hour of labor.
