..yeah.. you should have been here when the OVP was the rave fix-all... I am sure you could have posted/asked what was good for the common cold and someone would have used it.....

Do an "OVP" search and get ready for 3 weeks of reading..

You win the prize for the only guy who does not know what a Benz OVP relay is... I am amazed.

... and if your model doesn't have one [ which some guys do not know that either, as they post OVP remedies for chassis that don't even have one ], then you should just add one ..just to help diagnose some of those 'lectric shorts an' stuff ...don't even have to hook it up or anything , just mount it under there somewhere and check the fuse once in a while....keeps your repair chops up ...

The OVP also gets blamed as the cause for poverty in third world countries.

You missed the point .. the post was put up in the name of HUMOR and has nothing to do with you or what you may/may not know.
..it is a humorous insight into the infamous postings/remedies one sees over the times for those of us who have been here from the get-go..
We see them come and we see them go...OVP/Wire harness/etc....

While both sarcastic and unapoligetic, humor none the less...

there

are different types of humor. people make a good living by degrading others and some even from degrading themselves, chris..... cant think of his last name, died young, personally i just dont find degrading humor very funny even when it is directed to people other than myself.

but thanks for the explanation.

Very good..

I certainly don't consider finding some humor in the reality that overuse of OVP remedies on this froum [ or any other Benz tech board] has contributed
to the degrading of anyone...but rather to the OVP's Infamous ranking....it is that simple ... A Parody
