Cooling Help

We just bought a C280 for my wife. Because of this I had to start and move my 560 to make room.
I had removed the battery and disconnected the washer reservoir lines when I put it away. I installed the battery and started the car,not knowing the reservoir was heated by coolant. After 5 minutes I noticed the leak and connected it. The car ran for a total of about 10 minutes.
Now , of course the coolant is low. Can't really feel any pressure in the hoses.
How do I refill and bleed the system? And could I have hurt the engine. I did not notice the temp gage, only idiot light {other than me} that was on was low coolant. 50/50 mixture OK?

John
